'Mindful Monkey was a wonderful, inspiring and highly engaging incursion for the Preps and Year 1's.
All students learnt age appropriate techniques that they can instantly take back into the classroom,
and their own lives, to help them stay calm, focused and happy. We have loved using the Mindful Monkey
language and resources in the classroom, and even teaching the rest the school all the great strategies
we learnt! Thank you so much for visiting us Mindful Monkey and teaching us to breathe and feel!'

'We absolutely loved your visit and it was perfect for our children. They were engaged right from the word go,
when you bounced on to the stage and immediately launched into your worries and emotions. All children were
involved and the pace you set was perfect. An excellent mix of calm, movement time, listening time, exploring
time and relaxation time. Your puppets were very enjoyable and funny to watch, they felt like real characters
that the Preps were talking to. Our Preps had so much fun making the puppets at the end and I was actually
surprised at how many of them quietly went to lie down on the floor when they had finished and put their
puppets on their tummies to practise their breathing techniques.
Thank you so much for the excellent and interesting talk after the session and the perfect teacher's
resource packs, all laminated and colourful (so thoughtful of you). I have introduced the Brain Breaks
into my daily teaching and we are trialling the challenge of 15 Brain Breaks per week.
Next week I will be talking to the staff about the program and how they can help their children to be calm and
relaxed by using Brain Breaks on a regular basis. I certainly would be happy to recommend your program to any
school. It was very reasonably priced and excellent value for money. We will be very happy to have you back
again next year for all of our new Preps.'
- Julie Shaw, Carrum Primary School.

As a teacher I feel confident to implement the 'Mindful Monkey' strategies with my class and the resource pack is fantastic!'
